My earliest versions of Lemon Chicken were quite simple with pounded out chicken breasts, coated with white rice flour, salt & pepper and fried on the stove with a little olive oil.

Thirdly, you need to deal with any anxiety that develops around food.
Lastly, you need to educate yourself and set up your own coping mechanisms.
Let’s face it! Not everyone will get their dream job, the mansion and summer home, the fashions and lifestyle you think you need or your personal vision of a perfect life. And I say, “that’s OK”. There are bigger things that you need and deserve before any of these things.
