It involves nurturing your body, mind and spirit. It focuses on building yourself up so that your internal resources don’t become depleted.

By joining this Challenge, the goal is to move toward including some sort of self-care practices into your daily schedule and to be more conscious of your whole well being.

You’ll receive 5 days of essential information completely laid out for you, so you will understand what self-care is, why it’s important and routines you can easily add into your busy schedules. I’ll also share amazing self-care ideas, some mindful eating tips, recipes and provide you with motivation to keep you on track of becoming a better more resilient you. There will be daily tasks to complete to provide more meaning  and a comprehensive pdf guide on self-care to be distributed at the completion of the challenge.
