Welcome to my blog! I want to share my epic journey to discovering healthful and flavourful food while living gluten-free and with severe food allergies. Navigating shopping and cooking has always been a challenge for me. Actually just getting into the grocery stores with fresh fish markets was dangerous. I once left a grocery store by ambulance because the fresh shrimp sent me into an allergic reaction.
