Super Crispy Bake Chicken Strips

These crispy chicken strips do not need a bath in a seasoned marinade of some sort, whether it’s buttermilk, milk and eggs, or even pickle juice. No it’s so simple, I just cut strips of chicken from boneless, skinless breasts, dunk them in the Epicure Crispy Crunchy breading and place on my sheet pan. If you find that your coating is not sticking enough? No problem – just add a little yogurt to your chicken pieces and coat in the breading.

Like all Epicure products, this breading is gluten-free, nut/peanut free with a family-friendly blend of onion, garlic & smoked paprika-infused in the crumb coating. Healthier, family-friendly alternative to frozen or take-out fried food. And I have to tell you, this coating remains crunchy after baking and works great with any dipping sauce.

Let’s talk versatility. You can coat chicken, pork, wings & drumsticks, fish, seafood, tofu & veggies. You can duplicate that popular appetizer – deep fried dill pickle without the egg, gluten, or extra fat. Simply coat with the seasoning blend and bake in the oven for 12-16 minutes.
